Joe Edwards, of The Express & Star, has reported that there have been no hitches in Ryan Bennett’s move from Wolverhampton Wanderers to Leicester City.
This story was being addressed in the morning, but there have been few updates on the defender’s situation following the early flurry of information.

Bennett has been a fairly sporadic figure at the Molineux Stadium this term, starting just seven Premier League matches and coming off the bench in four.
That is a complete contrast to Wolves’ first season back in the top tier, which saw the Englishman make 34 starts throughout the league campaign.
Who on earth is that?!?! Can you name all of these obscure January signings?
It is, perhaps, this lack of game time which has opened up the possibility of the 29-year-old moving to Leicester, where he will be competing with Jonny Evans and Caglar Soyuncu for a place in Brendan Rodgers’ team.
If Bennett does make the move, it will put an end to his stay at Wolves which started in 2017, when he signed from Norwich City.
The original tweet from Joe Edwards about the situation can be seen below.
