Manchester United fans have taken to Twitter to react after Romelu Lukaku spoke to Bleacher Report regarding his teammates’ individual rifts with boss Jose Mourinho.
The Belgian striker told his fellow Red Devils stars that they must take the manager’s criticism like ‘grown men’, in reference to the former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss’ disagreements with the likes of Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw.
Mourinho’s fall-outs with some of his star players appear to have disrupted the team’s morale and performances on the pitch, with the 20-time Premier League champions sat in eighth after 12 games.
Lukaku, however, has also been in poor form, scoring just four goals this season whilst missing a barrage of fantastic opportunities as well as being criticised for his loose control and lack of influence in matches.
As a result, the Old Trafford faithful have taken to Twitter to tell their £75m what they think of his comments.
