17 – Norman Whiteside holds the record of the tournament’s youngest ever scorer after netting in 1983 at 17-years-of-age,
49 – Ian Rush and Geoff Hurst hold the record for highest goal tally in League Cup history with 49 apiece.
92 – The first time all 92 Football League side’s entered the competition was during the 1969/70 season.
100 – Wolves, Swindon, Oxford, Blackburn and Swansea are the only sides with a 100% record in the League Cup final.
